Eligibility for a Refund

  1. Incorrect Report: If the information in the report is incorrect or does not match the vehicle identification number (VIN) you provided, you may be eligible for a refund.

  2. Duplicate Charges: If you were charged more than once for the same report by mistake, you are entitled to a refund of the duplicate charges.

  3. Report Unavailability: If you have paid for a report but we cannot generate or deliver it due to unforeseen circumstances or system errors, you will be eligible for a full refund.

When Refunds Are Not Available

  1. Change of Mind: If you no longer need the report or have changed your mind after the report is delivered, we cannot provide a refund.

  2. Information Discrepancies: Our reports are compiled from various databases, and we cannot guarantee the completeness of every report. Refunds will not be issued for discrepancies caused by updates or missing information from these sources.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line "Refund Request."
  2. Include your order number, the VIN associated with the report, and a detailed explanation of why you are requesting a refund.
  3. Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchasing the report.

Processing Your Refund

Upon receiving your refund request, our team will review it to determine if you are eligible based on the criteria above. Please allow up to 7 business days for us to process your request. If your refund is approved, it will be credited back to the original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
